Almost 37 Weeks…

I’m sure that being a parent doesn’t get any easier than when the kid is in utero, but the nerves are certainly getting pushed to the max right now.  We’re now seeing the doctor every week and will until our little guy is here.  At today’s appointment, we learned the baby hasn’t begun to drop at all and that he was also head down in a posterior position.  Our doctor didn’t seem to thrilled about the position and said that we’d have to check it again next week, but in this position it’d be very hard for him to be born naturally.  Needless to say momma is feeling a bit stressed about this… Most of our preparations are complete or are very close to it.  There are a couple more odds and ends that we’d like to have done before he is here, not that he’ll notice or anything as he’ll be eating or sleeping for the first 2 weeks of his life…  Hope all is well with you and yours!
